LARGE ITEMS
Please do not hesitate to telephone us and arrange a FREE home visit valuation (subject to location) for Antique items please email us photographs to info@lar.ie or bring the photographs in to the sale room.
Selling Rates: Up to €10,000 a fee of 15% plus V.A.T. on the hammer price.
Over €10,000 to €30,000 a fee of 12% lus V.A.T.
Over €30,000 a flat fee of 10% plus V.A.T.
Minimum charge of €5 will apply to any lot.
Reserves: No entry charge will apply when a lot has No Reserve
If a vendor wishes to place a reserve the following charges apply:
- Up to €30 a fee of €5
- €30 to €100 a fee of €10
- From €100 to €200 a fee of €20
- From €200 to €500 a fee of €30
- From €500 to €1000 a fee of €50
The fee is payable in advance and will be returned if the auction lot is sold minus commission and charges as above.
